A experiência pareceu resultar!

Cake:

1/2 cup butter at ambient temperature
1 cup of flour
1 well filled cup of dark chocolate
1 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cup of milk

Pre-heat the oven - 180ºC/350ºF.

Grind the chocolate (Thermomix: some touches of turbo). Reserve

Mix the flour, the baking powder, the bicarbonate and salt (with Thermomix: 4 sec./vel.5). Reserve.

Whisk the eggs with the sugar for 10 minutes (with Thermomix: 2min./37ºC/vel. 2 1/2 + 5 min. without temperature).

Add the butter, the vanilla and the chocolate (with Thermomix: 2min./50ºC/vel. 4). Introduce alternately the flour and the milk (with Thermomix: set 2min./vel.3) and introduce them by the buccal.

Filling:

1 1/2 cup of fresh cream

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 pack of Oreo

Roughly crush the Oreo by (with Thermomix: place half of the package at a time and give some touches of turbo). Reserve.

Whisk the cream with the sugar (with Thermomix: 2,30min./vel. 3 1/2).

Involve in a bowl the cream with the Oreo and put in the fridge.

Assembly:

When the cake is cool, place one of the halves on a plate, cover it with the filling and put the the other half on top.

Decorate with Oreo as you feel!
